Navigating the Updated Settings Page
The Settings page has been redesigned with a cleaner, more intuitive layout to help you manage your cemetery more efficiently. With this update, some settings have been reorganized into a new, consolidated interface.
This guide will walk you through the new layout and help you locate and manage key settings based on your access level.
Getting Started
Previously, hovering over the Settings icon on the left-hand menu opened a dropdown with multiple options. Now, everything is accessible from a single, organized Settings screen, grouped by category.
To get started, click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

Tip
You can collapse and expand this menu by selecting the button.
Helpful Reminders
Save your Changes
Make sure you click the orange "Floppy Disc" button to save any changes you make to your settings when available.
Adding New Items
If you see an orange “+” button, click it to add new records or settings.
Account
Cemetery Settings - Manage cemetery contact details and coordinates.
Dynamic Forms - Configure custom forms used throughout the system.
Note
We recommend reaching out to support to setup or edit these forms unless you're an experienced user.
User Management - Add and remove users, create and edit Roles, and manage user permissions
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Interaction Types - Customize your CRM interaction types.
Tags - Manage the available CRM Tags
Deceased
Burial Types - Define the Burial Types for your Deceased records.
Event Types - Customize the Event Types for your Deceased records.
Funeral Homes - Manage the list of Funeral Homes for your Deceased records.
Military Branches - Configure the Military Branches and Ranks and for your Deceased records.
Relationship Types - Define the Relationship Types for your Deceased records.
Vaults - Manage the Vault Types for your Deceased records.
Locations
Aliases - Edit the aliases of your Location levels, as well as the alias for the decedent's Death, Birth and Service dates.
Cremation Statuses - Manage the available Location Cremation Statuses
Vendors - Manage your Memorial Vendors.
Sales
Accounting - Manage general ledger defaults and adjustments
Contract Details - Setup your Contract Identifier Templates and Default Payment Terms.
Global Payments - Manage Global Payments related settings

Usually Global Payments will set this up, or will work with us to set it up for you. If you need assistance with these settings, we highly recommend reaching out to Support.
Property Types - Customize the Property types for your Locations.

Work Orders
Job Types - Create and manage job type categories for work orders.
Templates - Build and edit templates to streamline work order creation.

Colors & Styling - Customize the visual appearance of your public tools and Map colors.
Disclaimers - Manage disclaimers shown to the public when using your digital tools.
