How to Add (or Update) a Work Order Template
Work Order Templates are a great tool to quickly create Commonly used work orders. They come pre-loaded with the Title, Description, Job type and even Tasks.
Step 1
Log into webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Step 3
Select "Templates" on the left Sidebar.
Step 4
To create a new work order template, click orange "+" button on the top right, or, select an existing Template to begin editing.
Step 5
Title your template.
Step 6
Select a Job Type from the drop-down menu.
Step 7
Add sub-tasks by naming the New Task and clicking the plus ( + ) sign.
Step 8
Once you have all of the sub-tasks desired, click SAVE.
Step 9
You will now see your new template in your list of templates.
