Step 8

If you would like to update Contracts module default settings, the "System" portion of the screen will allow you to make a few updates to how you would like to handle cancelled contract grave status, under contract grave status and expired reservation grave statuses.

Step 9

You can also edit the default latitude/longitude coordinate for your cemetery on the left hand side of the screen by clicking "Edit Map Coordinates." This will be the default coordinate that will appear when a deceased or location is not mapped. If you are licensing the RMJ Map Search, it will also be the coordinate that determines where the satellite image on your map search displays.

Step 10

If you have a public mobile app, you can customize your mobile app under the "Look and Feel" portion of the page. Please see this How to Guide for more information on how to make these customizations.

Step 13

At the bottom of the page, we've given you more fields to customize the Contracts module.

  • You can set contract identifier templates so that your contracts go in sequence (a legal requirement for many states).
  • You can also set default payment terms under Payments: Inventory Tax Rate, Sales Tax Calculation Type, Default Interest Rate, Default Term, Default Term Type and Default Payment Schedule

Step 14

Make sure to click the bright orange save button found on the left hand side of the page.
