How to Update your Price Catalog
This article will walk you through adding inventory for the Contracts module manually--one item at a time.

Step 1
Log in to webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
If you are a cemetery administrator, you will be able to access these settings. If you are not a cemetery administrator, reach out to your cemetery administrator or contact support@webcemeteries.com.
Step 3
Hover over the "Contracts" icon on the left side menu and select "Price Catalog"
Step 4
Navigate through the Item type and Category for the item you want to update.
Step 5
If you are new to the contracts module, you will need to click "Add Category" in order to create a new category.
If you have existing categories you will see them listed on this page, and you can add new ones by clicking "Add Category".
To Edit the name of a category, click into the Category name and click "Edit Category".
Step 6
Click the name of the category to start adding individual inventory items into that category.
Click "Add Item" to add a new Item to this Category.
Step 7
Enter all details and click "Save" to save the inventory item. Each field is explained below.
Name: The name of your Merchandise or Service item.
SKU: Stock Keeping Unit number.
Price: The cost of the item for the customer.
GL Code: General Ledger Code.
Cost: The cost of the item for the Cemetery.
Description: describe the merchandise or service
Toggle whether the item is "Taxable" "Refundable" or "Interest Free" using the buttons.
Taxable = Determines if taxes will calculate for this item in a Contract based on the tax rate in your Cemetery Settings.
Edit an Item
If you ever need to edit the item, click on the item name and click "edit" on the left side menu name to make changes.
This item will now be available from the "Merchandise and Services" portion of the contract. You'll be able to select inventory items from that area of the page to add them to the contract.
