How to Add a Location, Deceased, or Tree(s) to a Work Order

In order to seamlessly connect areas of your webCemeteries database, you can link your work order to other entities within your cemetery (locations, deceased, and trees will be covered in this article).

Step 1 

Log into webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

Hover over "Work Orders" on the left side menu and click "Search Work Orders".

Step 3

Click a work order you wish to link an item of interest (Location, Deceased, Trees, Map Area).

 

Step 4

Items of interest are located under the Details card in the Work Order.

 

Step 5

Location

Click Location, and you can search for the details of the location to add it to the work order. Make sure to check the checkbox next to the location and to click "ADD" to successfully link the location to the work order.

 

Deceased

Click Deceased, and you can search for a decedent to link to the work order. Make sure to click "ADD" to successfully link the deceased to the work order.

 

Trees

Click Trees, and you can search for a tree (or trees) to link to the work order. Make sure to click "ADD" to successfully link the tree to the work order.

 

Map Area

Click Map Area, and you can highlight the area to work on. See separate article on how to add a map area to a work order.
