Exploring the Location Page
The Location Page has been updated. If you have not been upgraded and are still using the previous version, check out this article: Exploring the Location Page (Old)
Step 1
Log into webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Hover over "Locations" on the left side menu and click "Search Locations".
Step 3
Search by Location and open the Location you wish to view.
Step 4
The top of the location page displays the location information and shows the location highlighted on the satellite map if you have elected to have webCemeteries mapping.
Step 5
From the location page, you can view information on associated graves, owners and deceased. In the "Graves" portion of the page, you can view this information in either a list view or layout view. To navigate back and forth between List View and Layout View, click the icon at the top right highlighted in yellow in the screenshots below.
List View: Click on the grave number to access detailed information about the grave or click on the owner name or deceased name to view detailed information. Click the Grid icon to shift to the Layout View.
Layout View: this view shows you more of a grid view of your location (lot/sublot, etc). If you wish to go back to the List view, click on the lines/table icon next to the word Graves.

If you wish to add an additional interment or burial right to a grave, you can click the plus sign at the bottom left of a grave. See this support article: How to Add an Additional Burial Right to a Grave

If you wish to adjust the placement of Graves, you can click and drag to move them around. See this support article: Editing the Layout of a Location .
On the left side of the page under the map you'll notice "Edit Location," "Add New Grave," and "More."
Edit Location - allows you to edit the location information. You can also change the number of graves per row which will change how the layout view displays. You can also add pricing and monument restriction information here.
Add New Grave Space- Will allow you to add a new grave or burial right to the location. Just be sure to select what status you'd like to create the grave as in order for it to display properly.
More - Clicking the "More" button will allow you to view or edit location comments, see the history of changes and view the detailed section map.
Step 6
If you scroll down the page you'll notice "Documents" and "Books." This allows you to view and access the location documents folder or view any linked book pages. You can add new documents by clicking "Add Document" and uploading a new document or manage books by clicking "Manage Books."
Step 7
Click the grave name to see the Grave Space Details.
