How to Create a Book
Books in webCemeteries.com Management are a place to store records and documents of a sequence, or with a common theme. Ex: A volume of Cremation Records from 2000-2010. The difference between uploading a document into a document management folder and into a book is that book pages can easily be linked to many locations and updated to every place they are linked, whereas documents would need to be uploaded multiple times into various folders in order to display in multiple locations.
Step 1
Log into webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Hover over "...More" and click "Books" from the left side menu.
Step 3
You will navigate to a list of your existing books. Click "Create Book" to add a new book.
Step 4
Give the book a Name and a Description. Book Name is required
Step 5
Make sure to click Save once you've entered the name and the new book, and it will be added to your books list.
