How to Get Notified When a Customer Submits a Memory

Step 1 

Log in to webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

If you are a cemetery administrator, you will be able to access these settings. If you are not a cemetery administrator, reach out to your cemetery administrator or contact support@webcemeteries.com.

Step 3

Select "Settings" from the left side Menu. 

Step 4

Click “Users" from the left side menu.

Step 5

Click on the user's name to access the user permissions page for that user. 

Step 6

Under "Remember My Journey", toggle on "Notification Emails".

Step 7

Whenever someone submits a memory, you will now receive a notification email
