How to add a Default Layout for the Deceased Memorial Page
Remember My Journey has been updated and managing memorial pages is now being done entirely through webCemeteries Management. Please refer to this article on how to manage Memorial Pages: How to Customize a Deceased Record's Memorial Page
Step 1
Log into webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
If you are not a cemetery administrator, reach out to your cemetery administrator or contact support@webcemeteries.com
Step 3
Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Step 4
Select "Colors & Styling" from the left Sidebar.
Step 5
Select the "Default Memorial Layout" Tab.
Step 6
Select the Layout you'd like to set as the default layout for all deceased records.
Note
If a deceased record did not have a specific Layout chosen in their "Customize Memorial" page, then it will automatically use the Default Layout you have chosen.
Step 7
Select the Orange "Floppy Disc" button on the top right to Save.
