How to add a Default Layout for the Deceased Memorial Page

Remember My Journey has been updated and managing memorial pages is now being done entirely through webCemeteries Management. Please refer to this article on how to manage Memorial Pages: How to Customize a Deceased Record's Memorial Page

Step 1

Log into webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

If you are not a cemetery administrator, reach out to your cemetery administrator or contact support@webcemeteries.com

Step 3 

Click on the "Settings" button with the Gear icon on the bottom left of the side menu.

Step 4

Click "Cemetery Settings" to manage cemetery features, mobile app customizations, location labels and more. 

Step 5

Scroll down to "Default Memorial Layout", and choose the layout you want to be set as the Default.

  • If a deceased record did not have a specific Layout chosen in their "Customize Memorial" page, then it will automatically use the Default Layout you have chosen.
