How to Search for Memories

Step 1 

Log into webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

Hover over "Deceased" from the left side menu.

Step 3

Click Memories.

 

Step 4

You will navigate to the Memories Search. The search defaults to unapproved memories.

Step 5

You can filter your search by several fields.

 

Status:

  • None - results in defaulting to all statuses
  • Unapproved - pending memories that need to be reviewed and approved or rejected
  • Approved - memories that a memory administrator approved
  • Rejected - memories that a memory administrator rejected

Submitted On By: what kind of date range are you pulling?

  • Exact - an exact date
  • After - after a certain date
  • Before - before a certain date
  • Between - create a custom date range from a certain date to another specific date

Submitted On

  • Only One Date Needed: if you chose Exact, After, Before
  • Two Dates Needed: if you chose Between

Step 6

Click SEARCH. The results will display below the SEARCH & RESET buttons.
