Using the Sales Tools in webCemeteries Management



We’ve streamlined the sales experience by bringing all Enterprise Sales functionality directly into webCemeteries Management. That means there’s no longer a need to switch between applications—everything you need for sales is now available in one place.

This article will walk you through where to find and how to use the key features you previously accessed in Enterprise Sales, now fully integrated into webCemeteries Management.

Lets Begin.

Map Tools: Section Map, Properties Near Me, and Properties Near Cemetery

Step 1

To find these options, simply select the "Map Tools" on the home page of webCemeteries.

Step 2

Here you'll find the:

Click each tool to explore how they work. These provide the same map-based search functionality you're used to.

Location Search with Price Filtering

The ability to search by minimum and maximum price, previously in Enterprise Sales, is now available in Location Search.

Step 1

Hover over "Locations" on the left side menu and click "Search Locations". 

Step 2

Click on "+ More" on the top right corner of the search bar to open up additional search options.

Step 3

Enable the Min Price and/or Max Price filters. These settings will stay active until you manually turn them off.

You can now narrow your location search using price parameters, just like before.

Nearby For Sale

The Nearby For Sale feature helped locate available properties near an existing grave—ideal for family plots or nearby owner properties.

Here’s how to do the same in webCemeteries Management:

Step 1

Simply find the property you're looking by searching either the Location, Owner, or Deceased.

Step 2

Select the Grave/Space of that location (Not the overall Location, or Interment Right)

Step 3

In the Grave/Space details, click "... More" and choose "$ Nearby For Sale".

Note

This option will only be available if the location is mapped.

Creating Reservations

The ability to reserve a property for an interested family is now built into webCemeteries Management.

Step 1

Search by Location and click into the interment right you wish to view. 

Step 2

Once inside the burial right you wish to reserve, click "... More" > Create Reservation.

Now that all Enterprise Sales tools live within webCemeteries Management, your sales process is more streamlined and efficient than ever.
