Navigating the Forever Plot integration

If you're interested in the Forever Plot integration for your website, please reach out to support@webcemeteries.com so we can help you get setup.

Check out this article on: how to list your properties in webCemeteries management.

Step 1: Browse for Properties

Customers can search for plot listings using the list view on the left, or the map view on the right:

Step 2: Learn More

You can see more information on the property listing by selecting the "Learn More" button on the listing:

You can also select the green "Pins" on the map to view information on that property:

Sharing

Use the "Copy Link" button to share the listing page (You can also copy the URL on your address bar on the browser)

Ground Level View

If a link to an interactive map was added to the property listing, you'll see the "Ground Level View" button, which will take the customer to the URL added on the listing.

Step 3: Inquiring

A customer inquires about the property by clicking on the "Request More Information" button.

A window will appear, where the customer can enter their details and their request, then they'll click "send".

Whenever a customer submits an inquiry, a contact is automatically created for that customer in webCemeteries management.

If the customer's email matches that of a contact that is already in your system, then the inquiry will be added to that contact's record in webCemeteries, regardless if they have a different name, or phone number.

Once they click "Send", they will see a thank you message, and can close out the window.

Step 4: Finding the Inquiry

If you have email notifications for property inquiries turned on, then you will receive an email once a customer submits a request.

Clicking "View Request" in the email will take you to the customer's contact page.

Step 5: Viewing the CRM record

Here you can view the contact details.

You will see a "Property Inquiry" interaction populated with the link to the property they were interested in and their message:
