How to Copy a Cancelled Contract

 

The Copying Contracts feature allows users to quickly duplicate cancelled contracts, streamlining the process of creating similar agreements without manually re-entering information, reducing errors and saving time.

Step 1 

Log into webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

Search by contract.

Step 3

On the left, go to "... More" and select "Copy Contract".

Step 4

A window will appear asking if you're sure, and letting you know it'll only copy over the Stakeholders, Locations, and Merchandise Items. Click "Yes" to continue.

Step 5

Select your Contract Id Template and click "Create Contract".

Step 6

Your new Contract will be created with the same Stakeholders and purchases as the original.
