How to Set Up Payment Devices for Payment Processing

In order to use Payment Processing, you will need to contact us to help you set up an integrated account with Global Payments. Please reach out to support@webcemeteries.com

 

Step 1 

Log in to webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

If you are a cemetery administrator, you will be able to access these settings. If you are not a cemetery administrator, reach out to your cemetery administrator or contact support@webcemeteries.com.

Step 3

Hover over "Settings" on the left side menu and click "Global Payments".

Step 4

Click "Card Present". 

Step 5

Click "Add Device".

Step 6

Label the device something you would recognize, such as "Keith's desk," "Front Office," or "Back Office," etc.

Enter the Device Id found on the physical device’s admin settings. The help manual that comes with the physical device will be a good resource if you’re not sure where to look.

Step 7

Repeat steps 6-7 for as many devices as you need to set up.

Step 8

If you ever need to remove a device, click the check box to the left of the device label and click DELETE.
