How to Add (or Update) a Work Order Template

Step 1

Log into webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

Click the "Work Orders" button on the left side menu.

 

Step 3

Click “Manage Templates.”

 

Step 4

To create a new work order template, click “Create.”

 

Step 5

Title your template.

 

Step 6

Select a Job Type from the drop-down menu.

 

Step 7

Add sub-tasks by naming the New Task and clicking the plus ( + ) sign.

 

Step 8

Once you have all of the sub-tasks desired, click SAVE.

 

Step 9

You will now see your new template in your list of templates. If you wish to edit your template, click the template title.

 

Step 10

You can edit the template name, tasks or the description. Make sure to click SAVE.
