Step 1
Log into webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Hover over "Work Orders" on the left side menu and click "Search Work Orders".
Step 3
Work orders will always open to a default status search of Open and In Progress orders. Search Results appear at the bottom under “Search” and “Reset.”
Step 4
You can filter your search results by any of the drop-down menu fields: ID, Title, Job Type, Status, Priority, Assigned User, etc. The “Requested By” field links to your CRM, so you can easily search people in your system.
Step 5
Below is an example of choosing the Job Type of “Cut Grass” with the default Status of Open & In Progress.
Step 6
Select the work order in the search results list to view or edit the work order details.
