How to Add (or Update) Relationship Types

Step 1

Log in to webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

If you are a cemetery administrator, you will be able to access these settings. If you are not a cemetery administrator, reach out to your cemetery administrator or contact support@webcemeteries.com.

Step 3

Click "Settings" and select "Relationship Types" from the left side menu.

Step 4

If you don’t see the desired relationship type in the list, click “Create Relationship Type.”

Step 5

If you wish to edit a relationship type, click on the one you wish to edit.

Step 6

A pop-up box will allow you to edit the relationship type.

Step 7

If you click the checkbox to the left of a relationship type, you will be able to delete that type.

Note: If a relationship is assigned to a decedent contact, you cannot delete it.

Step 8

To fully delete, click the Delete button.

Step 9

If you do not wish to delete that type, click the “X” in the top left corner.
