How to Edit Documents: Drawing

If you are new to Document Management, you may not know that you can edit documents directly in Document Management with little effort. You can leave those old record books in the vault while you keep your record books and documents up to date digitally. This guide will walk you through drawing and making changes to your documents.  

Step 1

Log into webCemeteries Management

Step 2

Search by location, owner or deceased to access the document that you would like to edit. (Example below is searching by owner).

Step 3

Click on the “Documents” tab.

Step 4

Click on the pencil icon to select “File Edit” on the document you wish to edit.

Step 5

Click "Draw" at the top of the screen.

Step 6

Select the Brush Size, Color, etc. and make an edit to the screen.

Step 7

Once you are finished editing, click the green “Apply” button at the top of the screen. 

Step 8

Click “Save” if you would like to save your changes to this document.

Step 9

Once you hit save you will need to submit a reason for the change of the document as well as a change category.
