How to Add(or Update) Action/Interaction Types in the CRM

Step 1

Log into webCemeteries Management.

Step 2

Selection "Settings" and click "Action Types".

Step 3

Click Add Action Type.

 

Step 4

Add an Action Title and select and Icon. When you click the icon you like from the options below, the selected icon will turn green and display to the right of the Icon field. Make sure to click “Save” to save your new Action Type.

Step 5

You will now see your new Action Type in your list. This option will now be available when you add interactions to a contact in your CRM.
